Cancellation Policy
You must cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the time you made your appointment through your confirmation by online. if you have any questions, please text instead of call due to busy operating hours.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations affect and inconvenience other clients. If there are 3 no-shows or last-minute cancellations within a relatively short span of time, we reserve the right to decline further appointment requests. We ask for your cooperation in helping to keep appointments running smoothly.

If you are late for your appointment
In order to avoid inconveniencing the client after you, your allotted time slot will end at the appointed time. This means that if you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out the service you chose from the menu. To avoid this, please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
ご予約のお時間に遅刻された場合、次のお客様にご迷惑がかからないよう、施術は予定通りに終了させていただきます。
ご希望のメニューを承ることができなくなってしまいますので、ご予約時間にお越しください。
Removal and repair
If you need gel nail removal and/or repairs, please let us know at the time you make your appointment. We cannot guarantee the accommodation of additional menu items after you arrive at the salon.
ジェルネイルの除去や亀裂のお直しが必要な場合は、ご予約の際にお知らせください。
ご来店後のメニューの追加は承ることができない場合がございます。
Free repair guarantee period
Repairs will be carried out at no charge if you return within 7 days (counting the day service was rendered as Day 1). Please ensure you contact us within this time frame for any repairs. Any repairs requested after the guarantee period will be subject to regular fees.
施術日を含め7日間となっております。必ず期間内にご連絡ください。保証期間後は有料でのお直しになります。
